They may be certified to train Acrobat, Flash or some other Adobe product. They may have a passing familiarity with RoboHelp or Captivate, but all you end up with is a body or talking head reading you the book. Why pay all they will charge you for that type of training when You can buy the book and read it yourself for less than $40!
